Women are People Too.

Back in the day, a girl was a harlot if she showed her ankles, then knees, so on and so forth. The fun part of the whole fucked up ordeal is that women are the reason these things changed over time. Women fought and changed what 'socially acceptable' is for women. Props. MAJOR props. You guys wanted to show more skin, and I get that. It gets hot outside, no one wants to go outside on a nice summer day and be layered down to your ankles. Just don't bitch when guys check out the extra skin you're showing. I know you're looking at the guys walking around with their shirts off. They just don't care.

I began to drift there, in reality the fact that women are sexualized about 80% of the time is, to me, mildly annoying. It's somewhat necessary though. It's one of those catch-22's. For example; when I'm watching t.v. and a make-up commercial comes on, WHY THE FUCK IS SHE IN HER UNDERWEAR!? I'm trying to see what make up she's using, not what he tits look like fallin' out of her bra. Does she have cover up on her chest? Thighs? Tummy? I don't think so, and if so, I don't notice cause I'm to busy being annoyed that this girls getting ready for the day by putting her makeup on first. No one does that. Put some clothes on the damn model. It's a damn make-up commercial  Yeah, sex sells, but what guys are going to buy make-up for their girls? That shits way to complicated and it's unnecessary. Buy you're own damn make-up.

On the other hand, underwear advertisements are an awesome way to boost sales by over-sexualizing the models/actress'. A girl looks really good in an underwear set that a guy happens to see, may very well run out and buy some for their girlfriends. That's just about it on that.

Then there's the music videos, where the girls are just ALL OVER guys in an obscene amount. Go ahead, watch a rap video and tell me that's not true. It's dumb. It increases rape-culture as a whole due to the fact that younger generations seem to think it's alright to rub your near naked body all over some random-ass dude in the club, and the guy is going to think that because you were drunk and rubbin' all up on him, that it's alright to coax you into comin' home with him and fuckin' the rest of the night away. Then the next morning begins with the wonderful walk of shame and an internal struggle of "was it rape because I didn't say no? I didn't want to have sex with him but I rubbed my near naked body all over him all night until we did have sex." Why is this a thing that happens in our society? Because of the fact that EVERYTHING is made to make women look like sex machines and nothing else. They don't glamorize women in power (Female officers, female doctors/nurses, female construction workers, ect.). Only women in sexual ways. The worst part of it is, Men can't do shit about it, aside from the obvious stop exploiting it.

Women, this is in your hands, stop ALLOWING yourselves to be objectified, and stop selling your soul for a paycheck. If you're a model, stop allowing the photographer/director to make you do something you're not comfortable with because he signs your paychecks. That borderline makes you a prostitute in my eyes. Where do you draw the line? Do you even HAVE a line? If you're shooting for playboy, then go right ahead, take your damn clothes off, obviously you're comfortable with it. It's not all negative, but a makeup commercial and the director says "Alright, get into your underwear" Just respond with "No." You can do it, and with the power that comes with all the over sexual content in the world, you actually have the power. If you stand together.

To me, the sexual exploitation of women is a mild inconvenience, because I'm smart enough to see that it's unnecessary in most aspects, but helpful in others. And I love slutty women, I REALLY do, but really now, not everyone needs to be slutty all the time in the public light. Music video girls, video game girls, reality tv girls, and the girls on the flyer you see on the bus. Just ridiculous. Throw on a pair of jeans and a tshirt, Shit man. This really doesn't need to be a thing, but it will be. I wish you the best. Men out there, stop being so damn misogynistic, jokes are jokes, but some of you are just flat out douches. If you weren't a douche it might help the women gain some confidence or self esteem. With that, we could make a better world if we stop allowing ourselves to be put to shame all the time. Trust me, it IS that easy. You just need to put forth effort.

Don't Be Silly, Wrap Your Willy

Seriously, fucking wrap that shit, I know it feels better without a condom, I've been there, just shut up and put the god damn condom on.

I've been sexually active since I was 16, victimized by peer pressure and whatnot, so I feel I have a little bit more room to talk than some. I've never had a kid and I'm truly greatful for that, if not I wouldn't be able to spread my word, pursue a career in piercing, have a stable relationship as a single parent (I KNOW I wouldn't still be with the baby momma to this day, none of my exes and I get along that well.), or even have dreams aside from hoping I get the day off or not getting puked on by my child.

So why are we glamorizing teenagers getting pregnant? Why are teenagers TRYING to get pregnant? ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID!? You're not even out of highschool yet, most likely unemployed, and yet you suspect you're going to be able to support a child? With someone from your school? HOW? "Oh I'll be a stay at home mom" The fuck you will, you little shit. Open your eyes, no one survives on a single persons income in this day and age unless they decided to WAIT and have kids until at least one of them has a stable career. STABLE. CAREER. Not a job. Not a part time fucking 25 hour a week stocking shelves job.

We need this shit really ripped off the MTV lineup to. I understand that it does send a message about how fucked up being pregnant at 16 really is, but to the children with that little twinkle in their eye, that's one thought; "I could be on TV! I'll get so famous." No. Stop, endgame, checkmate, you're screwed, it's a child, we already have enough concerns with assholes outside of planned parenthoods, children in orphanages all over the world, and childhood starvation in other countries. We can't support all these wayward children having more children. It's sucking the world dry and pretty soon we're gonna hit the 7 billion point if we keep this up. If you thought the shoulder to shoulder lines on Black Friday shopping sprees were bad, wait until we have that everywhere. We're gonna be able to see 5 generations of a family in line at the super market with the oldest one being 60, if we keep on this track.

If you're gonna have sex, that's all gravy. The legal age of consent with stipulations in some states is 15-16, I was having sex at that age. I was doing it responsibly as well. I wore a condom every time, accidents happen and they do break, so get on some birth control. Come on man, you're barely out of childhood, don't  skip the happy middle part of your life where you get to learn and experience the most. I know you have dreams. Do you wanna give that up because of a penis or a vagina? It's REALLY not that important. Just stop man. You make me cringe when I hear you in highschool or fresh out of highschool saying "I want to have children now"

Keep in mind, I know alot of you have had young pregnancies and your love for your children has removed all the guilt of "I can't believe I got pregnant so young", and I respect that, you've made that choice, and you're living with it. Kudos really, but in the back of your mind there's always going to be that one thing that had made you wished you just waited a bit longer...

-Crow

P.S. Fuck you teenagers who get pregnant then pawn your children off on your parents so you can continue to have a social life. They already had to deal with your ass as a kid, now they're taking care of their kid's kid? You make me fucking sick.

I Love You. I Want You to be Happy.

Homosexual marriage is A-OK.

I can't for the life of me, think of ONE logical reason as to why they shouldn't be allowed to marry. I don't care if you're married, I don't care if I'm invited to the wedding, I don't care if you guys are the happiest couple in the world and just so happen to be two guys or two girls. Fuck it.

I don't believe I should get married, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't. To the straight couples out there that are married, you love your partner right? With all your heart, and you're super excited to have that happiness, that other half. How selfish are you? Go on, answer honestly, are you so fucking selfish that you want to completely deny someone else that happiness because he wants a dick in his butt at the end of the day/she wants to eat a pussy at the end of the day? Why are you so fucking focused on someone's sex life that you don't know, probably won't know, and probably will have ZERO interaction with that person in your entire life. You went how many years without knowing they even existed? Now that they want to marry the love of their life, you're up in arms? Where the hell does that make any sense? Stop being so petty. Gay marriage is up there with spilling the spaghetti noodles immediately after getting them all cooked. NOT A BIG DEAL. In the end what did you lose from them getting married? Not a damn thing. Don't worry, I'll answer for you, because if you're upset about someone else's marriage that's not related to you, you obviously can't think clearly for yourself.

Yeah, that was a bit of an attack on gay-haters. I don't care. I'm not sorry, I said it, and I stick by it. I just don't understand. "Homosexuality is blasphemous" Bullshit. Homosexuality has been around since the days of ancient Rome and I DARE you to tell a horde of Spartans their way of life is wrong.

Alright, I'm gonna relax a bit. I want gay marriage legalized because of one simple thing. I want everyone to be able to make themselves happy. It's constitutional. The Pursuit of Happiness. They're not hurting anyone, they're sharing a beautiful thing, sharing it together. In doing so they're helping the economy. They're throwing money to someone to hold the wedding, they're throwing money to help have the glorious hall rented out. They're throwing money at the government that doesn't want to recognize them for a piece of paper. Honestly, if nothing else, it's a hell of a business move and you'd be dumb to not recognize that because of some silly book that says it's wrong, or because you were raised a different way. Open your eyes. There's 6 billion people in this world, and no two are alike, they were ALL raised by different standards. Even siblings were raised different, because with experience comes knowledge, and the things those parents thought were wrong with one kid, they changed to avoid with the next. So the way you were raised is out of the question. I read books all the time, some books say there's little plunger-hand-eyeball beings that can see every moment at the exact same time. So those books are irrelevant, and an invalid point. Your raising to believe something is invalid as well. I was raised Catholic til I was 6. Agnostic (due to my lack of caring) until I was 15, dabbled in Paganism for a year or two, became a christian spiritualist around 19. And during ALL that time, I have NEVER considered the fact that it was "wrong" to marry someone of the same sex, because it doesn't matter. Life goes on whether or not you want them to get married, stop being selfish and let it happen.

It's not hurting you, so why hurt them? Everyone should be happy.

This is my Boomstick!

Gun rights have been popular in the media lately with the Sandy Hook shootings and other such things. And I like guns. This ones gonna be fun.

I'm going to start this one off by saying, I love guns, I want guns, and to some degree, I need guns. I'm a skeptic. I don't trust anyone without them earning it, I like to do risky things, have parties, go to sketchy bars, get drunk in the middle of nowhere with no idea how I'm going to get home. I'm not to worried about that really, I am worried about some maniac pulling a weapon at some point without any warning/preparation and using it to potentially kill someone. Now, do you want "survivors" guilt as you watched your friend or someone you didn't even know get killed in front of you? No. Absolutely not, the worlds mental health is already degrading, I'm not helping it get worse. That being said, I can honestly say I would LOVE to have a gun on me in that situation, if not I'm going in with fists flying and probably going to die because the government decided I'm not allowed to have a gun because some fuck decided to shoot up an elementary school. Who the hell does that anyway?! They're children for fucks sake. What do you have against CHILDREN!?

Making these weapons illegal is going to do nothing but increase crime rate, reduce public security, and skyrocket the chances of people dying from gun crimes. So let the Americans keep their guns with restrictions. People with violent criminal pasts shouldn't be allowed to own guns. People with heavy mental instabilities shouldn't have guns. People with sexually related criminal pasts shouldn't have guns. People with a high risk of suicide shouldn't have guns. It's simple. No violent people, no rapists, no nutcases, and no one that would have the insanely easy access to kill themselves should have guns. CRIMINALS DON'T FOLLOW THE LAWS THEY'RE KEEPING THEIR GUNS REGARDLESS! Don't be dumb. It's as simple as properly educating people from youth. That's why the boy scouts teach that shit. And you can get a hunting license at 12 in some states, I don't think a 12 year old should have a gun, they're not mature enough, but I do believe that a fully capable parent should be able to own a gun and allow that child to shoot it, with the right education and supervision.

My beliefs in summarization, (Ha, that's not a word...) are that it's ridiculous to believe that removing guns will solve gun crime issues, it'll only further criminal power, raise animal population in the hunting states, increase poaching (can't have guns, can't hunt), increase police brutality, increase shooting sprees, and be completely counterproductive to the point you'd be trying by removing the guns. Just don't do it. It's stupid.

Fuck Whitey!

Racism is baffling, but specifically, racism against WHITE people? Unfortunately, this is a subject that I'm not super familiar with. That actually, kind of saddens me because I'm mostly white. Mostly.

I've never really been sectioned out of anything because I'm white. I lived in a hood-ass area in Pontiac where I was one of the only white people in the area, and yet, no one really fucked with me cause I was white, surprisingly enough. So this will unfortunately be a shorter posting.

White people have generally been the racists throughout history, near genocide of the native americans, enslavement of the africans, the irish "niggers", and the internment camps and concentration camps of WW2,  and now the lumping of all muslims/middle-eastern as "terrorists". And I'll I've ever heard in hatred towards the white, was generally justifiable. Doesn't mean it's right, just means I can see where they're coming from. In my experience though, the most racist thing you could insult a white person with is "racist" and watch them cling and defend why they're not racist. I'm guilty myself in this. "I have black friends, I like oriental girls, I love Mexican food, and I watch Japanese cartoons!"

I did get away from the point, there are examples of white people racism. Walking down the road from my old apartment I was shouted at "Watch where you're walking, white boy." To this day I'm still confused to if he was warning me, that the neighborhood wasn't safe for white people, or if he was threatening me to see if I was gonna punk-out of a standoff, that probably would have ended with one of us dead. I don't know, I didn't bother myself with it, I lit a smoke and kept walking. Easiest way to deal with that shit is just roll it off. Racism has no power when unless you let it.

My friend Cupcake and his old roomie Big Country got jumped out side of a liquor store, I wasn't there, I don't know the details, all I know is they are both large white men, and the people doing the jumping were black. I can't fathom any reason you would jump these two, they're large, both over 6 foot, both breaking weight of over 200, both intimidating looking men covered in tattoos and piercings, one dreadlocked, the other mohawked. These are men you cross the street two blocks down to avoid in the normal life, what could possess you to start shit with them other than that you and your friends are of a different race and have higher numbers.

EDIT:Big Country was not with Cupcake when the jumping occurred. I was misinformed. It was Cupcake vs 3 black men.

It doesn't make sense to me. It really doesn't. I understand the white man has been a dick pretty much since the beginning, but stop. Don't continue to spread pointless hate, be better than the white man. Rise above, knock the shit off. You just make yourself look bad. If nothing else, use your hatred for whitey to be BETTER than whitey. You can do it. I believe in you.

Fly The Black Flag

      Starting off with Anarchy, I'm going to state a common misconception. Anarchy is a lack of government. This is false. The actual root of Anarchy is this;

The word "Anarchy" comes from the ancient Greek ἀναρχία, anarchia, from ἀν an, "not, without" +ἀρχός arkhos, "ruler", meaning "absence of a leader", "without rulers").

It means without rulers, not without rules.

One thing comes to mind there. A popular phrase in today's society is "Do you". Anarchy is just that, govern yourself. Freedom from influence of a higher power, be it the President, Senators  kings and queens, God, Budda, Lucifer, or whatever you may believe in. It's the removal of that. To me, it gives me the ability to think for myself. It also removes the excuse of anything I may do in my life that could harm me. I am responsible for my own actions at that point and I have zero excuses.

On a larger scale, murder and rape. I can understand why laws are implemented to avoid these things, and in an Anarchist society, these things would still be illegal, because Anarchists have rules to. You should be charged and held responsible for murdering someone. It's as simple at that, it's fucked up and you're fucked up for doing it. There are other cases which could be accepted, self defense murder from someone invading your home and attempting to kill you, and you just happen to come out on top, why should you be charged for that? The fact that sometimes people are charged and sentenced for a clear cut case of self defense means to me that things are corrupt and need to be removed. Let's throw a curve-ball in there. A person is raping another person, somehow in the chaos the raped manages to get a knife in the rapist and the rapist is now dead. Should the raped party be charged with murder in any sense? OR if the raped doesn't tell anyone that they were raped, and they murder the rapist after the effect, should they be charged then? I don't think so. After the emotional trauma, they should be able to receive help, in secrecy, for free. Not sapped for every dime for all these treatments they wouldn't have had to get in the first place if the first party wasn't doing something so ludicrously FUCKED UP in the first place.

Why should I have to abide by things I don't agree with? I'm not you, you're not me, we're different. We speak differently, think differently, believe differently, and act differently. Something as small as loitering, or jaywalking, comes to mind. Who fucking cares if I cross the street somewhere other than a sidewalk? If I get hit by a car, I'm at fault. I didn't maximize my safety and now I'm damaged because of a vehicle and it's 100% my fault. I could have just walked to a crosswalk then crossed safely at the signal. If a police officer decides to be a dick and fine me for crossing the street, that's a bit absurd.

We're the people, we have a voice, we attempt to use it, and in most governments we go on ignored. We're supposed to vote on the subjects and as the people we're supposed to have the right to change it. Why is gay marraige still on the fence? The voice of gay rights is louder and louder every single year, and yet it's still struggling to be able to get married. This is ridiculous to me, and I would like to do something about it, but we can't while we have these continuously more extreme parties in government. Pretty soon we'll be voting Facist vs Socialist instead of Republican vs Democrat. Remove them, they don't have the rights to tell us who we should be.

The media is also inspiration for why I believe this way. Be skinny, drink this, buy that, everyone will like you if you have this 'gotta have' product, dress this way. Who the fuck are you to tell me who I need to be? You're not me. Go on your own way, and I'll go mine. I'm perfectly happy knowing that you're different than me. I may not agree with some of your thoughts, but that's just it. I don't have to. Do you. Be you. Be proud of you. And I'm gonna do me. Regardless of what you think. You don't have to like me. That's the beauty of it.

In conclusion. Anarchy to me is the freedom to speak my mind, do what I please, as long as I'm willing to accept the fate of my actions, think for myself without some other force telling me I 'should' be this way.

-Crow

ALSO: Keep in mind, being an Anarchist is illegal in the United States. So before you decide to fly your black flag for whatever reason, keep in mind, they won't even let you THINK like that.

Introduction

To start this off, I just have a lot of opinions, and I tend to ramble on when in conversations with my friends, so I got to thinking. Maybe I should write an opinionated blog. Just ramble a bunch of thoughts off on a subject chosen by YOU! The people. You have control over what I talk about, just not what I say. Every Saturday I'll post one based on the popular voting of suggestions followed by some sort of voting system that I'll figure out later since I don't really know how to use this site just yet. Probably going to be via facebook, or something of the sort. I don't know, I'll figure it out. I'm crafty. Anyway. Basic gist of it is, I'm starting an opinionated blog, and it's going to pop off every Saturday, I'm going to do five posts immediately (not including this intro) just so you guys have an understanding of what's going to happen. Enjoy.
